FREE COURSE: Seven Guided Sessions to Stay Healthy and Sovereign
Learn practical skills to help restore stability, resilience, and wellbeing during challenging times
We are all experiencing a sustained assault from centralised organisations, affecting many different aspects of our wellbeing, from mental, to physical, to spiritual health. Genuine and compassionate support now matters more than ever.
In response, The World Council for Health British Isles Country Council is offering a free initiative to support health and resilience through a holistic set of skills.
Beginning February 25, their free seven-class course will be open to participants worldwide. Each session will start at 7:00 PM UK time (1:00 PM EST, Toronto) and take place across Wednesdays and Thursdays over seven weeks.
In each class, experienced practitioners will share practical tools and guided experiences that can be used in daily life, helping you rebuild a sense of stability and agency during these challenging times.
