The two-day conference will feature six major panel discussions focused on reshaping healthcare and public policy. With prevalence now reaching approximately 1 in 36 children in the United States, the scale of the increase can no longer be dismissed as the result of improved diagnostics alone. A growing body of clinical observation, epidemiological patterns, and biological research points toward a convergence of factors, with childhood vaccination schedules likely a significant contributor. This discussion by the World Council for Health explores the evidence, the methodological blind spots, and the competing biological frameworks attempting to explain what is unfolding—and why it has been so difficult to confront the reality in open debate.

A Surge That Cannot Be Explained Away

The rise in autism diagnoses has been steep and consistent across developed nations. In the early 1990s, autism was estimated at roughly 1 in 2,500 children. Today, that number has increased dramatically, with some datasets showing a more than sixtyfold rise. While broader diagnostic criteria and increased awareness contribute to this shift, they fail to explain why the increase continues even after those factors have stabilized.

A critical issue lies in how autism is measured. In one dataset comparing vaccinated and unvaccinated populations, children were only followed until approximately 907 days of life. However, the average age of autism diagnosis is closer to 1,800 days. This means that a large proportion of cases were never captured within the study window, creating the appearance of lower incidence where the reality may be simple undercounting.

The Vaccine Correlation

The relationship between vaccination and autism has long been treated as a closed case, yet multiple lines of evidence suggest it remains unresolved. In the aforementioned dataset, vaccinated children showed significantly higher rates of chronic conditions such as asthma, allergies, and neurological disorders compared to unvaccinated children. While autism itself did not appear elevated in that analysis, the limitations in follow-up duration make that finding inconclusive rather than reassuring.

This pattern does not emerge in isolation, but alongside a broader cluster of overlapping exposures that now define the modern developmental environment. The conditions under which children develop today are fundamentally different from those of previous generations.

These new conditions include expanded vaccination schedules with smaller gaps between doses, increased pharmaceutical exposure in early life, the use of adjuvants such as aluminum, and concurrent environmental pressures from diet and agriculture.

Intervening in a Declining Disease

The justification for widespread vaccination programs often rests on the historical severity of diseases such as measles. However, long-term mortality data shows that measles fatality rates were already declining significantly before vaccines were introduced. Improvements in sanitation, nutrition, and general living conditions had reduced the disease’s impact well in advance of mass immunization campaigns.

At the time, some leading scientists questioned whether universal vaccination was necessary, particularly if natural infection already provided lifelong immunity. Concerns were also raised about imperfect immunity from vaccines potentially shifting disease burden into older, more vulnerable populations. These debates were part of the original scientific discussion, but have since been painted as fringe beliefs. Nonetheless, they remain relevant when evaluating long-term outcomes.

The Biological Theory Behind Autism

One of the most comprehensive frameworks for understanding autism focuses on the gut-brain connection. This model proposes that the condition originates not solely in the brain, but in systemic disruption driven by the microbiome. Modern lifestyles—characterized by antibiotic use, processed diets, and chemical exposure—have altered microbial ecosystems across generations, with consequences that may begin before birth.

Within this framework, an imbalanced microbiome produces toxic byproducts that enter the bloodstream through a compromised intestinal barrier. These substances can reach the brain, where they interfere with normal function. Vaccines, in this context, are not viewed as isolated triggers but as additional stressors introduced into an already compromised system, amplifying the overall burden.

Normal Development to Neurological Struggles

According to this model, most children are born with structurally typical brains. The disruption occurs postnatally, as the accumulation of toxins and inflammatory signals interferes with neural processing. The developing child relies on sensory input to build an understanding of the world, but when the brain cannot process that input coherently, development begins to diverge.

This helps explain the characteristic features of autism, including impaired social recognition, atypical behavior, and repetitive movements. Over time, continued exposure to these internal stressors may lead to measurable structural changes. Brain imaging in young children may appear normal, while older individuals can show signs of atrophy.

Addressing the System, Not the Symptoms

If autism is driven by systemic imbalance, then intervention must focus on restoring that balance. One widely applied approach centers on repairing the gut and reestablishing microbial harmony. This involves removing inflammatory inputs, supporting digestion, and allowing the body’s natural detoxification processes to function effectively.

Reports from practitioners suggest that early intervention is critical. Younger children often show the most significant improvements, with some no longer meeting diagnostic criteria after sustained treatment. Older individuals are unlikely to fully reverse the condition, but can still experience meaningful gains in physical health and cognitive function as the underlying stressors are reduced.

Why This Has Been So Difficult to Talk About

The resistance to examining vaccine-related risks is not purely established on scientific grounds. Modern healthcare systems are built on large-scale intervention programs that depend on public confidence and consistency. Acknowledging potential harm at scale introduces legal, financial, and institutional consequences that are difficult to reconcile within existing structures.

At the same time, scientific research operates within constraints. Funding sources, publication pressures, and professional risk all influence what is studied and what is shared. When unfavorable findings carry consequences, the system naturally filters them out. This creates an environment where important safety signals exist but are forced to remain underexplored.

Confronting the Situation

The rise in autism is strongly correlated with vaccination schedules, alongside broader environmental and biological factors. It presents a pattern that demands serious investigation rather than the usual dismissal. Addressing this issue requires more than incremental adjustments. It requires a willingness to reexamine foundational assumptions, to design studies that capture full developmental timelines, and to investigate biological mechanisms without bias and conflicts of interest. Without that shift, the current trajectory is unlikely to reverse, and the consequences will continue to unfold across future generations.

What PCR Actually Does

Polymerase Chain Reaction, or PCR, is fundamentally a method for amplifying genetic material. It takes a tiny fragment of DNA and makes millions to billions of copies through repeated cycles of heating and cooling. Each cycle doubles the amount of genetic material, following an exponential pattern—after 20 cycles, more than a million copies can exist; after 30 cycles, over a billion; and after 45 cycles, the number becomes astronomically large.

This process relies on three key components: a polymerase enzyme that builds new DNA strands, primers that mark the exact section to be copied, and a thermal cycler that controls the temperature changes needed for each step. Together, they allow a specific genetic fragment to be copied repeatedly.

PCR was originally developed for purposes like genetic engineering, forensic identification, and biomedical production. It was designed to detect and amplify genetic sequences, not to function on its own as a diagnostic tool for infectious disease.

The Problem of Exponential Amplification

PCR does not measure the original quantity of genetic material in a sample; it amplifies whatever is present. Each cycle acts like an additional magnifying layer, meaning even a single fragment can eventually be detected if enough cycles are run. This makes the technique extraordinarily sensitive, but also prone to misinterpretation when used outside its intended context.

The cycle threshold (Ct) reflects how many rounds of amplification were required to detect a signal. A low Ct suggests a larger starting amount, while a high Ct indicates very little initial material. During the COVID “pandemic,” results were often considered positive at 40 to 45 cycles, levels that, for reasons already mentioned, correspond to extremely small or clinically irrelevant quantities. In fact, any instance exceeding around 34 cycles means a positive PCR result will be very unlikely to correspond to virus capable of replication.

Technical Limitations

PCR’s sensitivity introduces significant technical vulnerabilities. Since it can amplify a single molecule into billions of copies, even minor contamination—such as trace genetic material in the environment or from another sample—can result in a false positive. In laboratory settings where thousands of tests are processed, maintaining perfect isolation is difficult.

Another issue is specificity. Primers are meant to lock onto a very specific genetic sequence, but different organisms can share similar stretches of DNA. If the primers aren’t carefully designed, they can attach to the wrong sequence. For example, parts of the SARS-CoV-2 genome are very similar to sections of human DNA. If a primer targets one of these shared regions, the test may end up copying human genetic material instead of the intended viral sequence, increasing the risk of inaccurate results.

Compounding this, many PCR-based diagnostics have not been validated against an independent clinical benchmark. Instead, they are often compared against other PCR tests, effectively measuring the method against itself rather than confirming whether it accurately reflects disease.

Detection Is Not Disease

The deeper problem lies not in the mechanics of PCR, but in how its results are interpreted. Modern diagnostic frameworks often assume that detecting a genetic fragment of a microorganism is equivalent to diagnosing disease. However, detection of genetic material does not necessarily indicate infection, and infection does not necessarily produce disease. PCR identifies fragments, not whether an organism is active, viable, or causing harm. This distinction is essential but frequently overlooked in practice.

Helicobacter pylori is associated with peptic ulcer disease, yet epidemiological data show that more than half of the global population carries the bacterium, with rates exceeding 80% in some regions. Despite this, only a minority develop ulcers.

This demonstrates that presence alone is insufficient to establish causation. Factors such as immune function, environmental conditions, and overall health determine whether disease occurs. Applying PCR-based logic to such a scenario would result in widespread overdiagnosis.

Redefining Disease Without Symptoms

Disease has traditionally been defined by alterations in normal biological processes that produce signs and symptoms. This definition anchors diagnosis in observable clinical reality. During the COVID “pandemic,” however, the term “asymptomatic” was applied in a way that expanded the definition of disease, allowing individuals to be classified as cases based primarily on test results, even in the absence of symptoms.

In practice, many individuals without symptoms tended to require higher Ct values, indicating that their positive results were based on very small amounts of starting material. At the same time, common respiratory illnesses did not disappear. Symptoms associated with COVID—fever, cough, fatigue, sore throat—were nearly indistinguishable from those of influenza or the common cold, meaning these existing illnesses could be reclassified as “COVID” following a positive PCR result.

A System Built on Amplification

The integration of PCR into public health frameworks extended beyond individual diagnosis. Case definitions for “COVID” incorporated PCR positivity as a central criterion, often independent of symptoms or clinical context. This created a feedback loop in which increased testing produced more cases, reinforcing the perception of widespread disease.

In this way, PCR did not simply measure reality; it helped construct it. The scale of testing influenced both epidemiological data and public perception, amplifying the impact of the technique beyond its original scientific purpose. PCR remains a powerful tool for detecting and amplifying genetic material, but its use as a standalone diagnostic for population-level disease must not be allowed to happen again.

In response, The World Council for Health British Isles Country Council is offering a free initiative to support health and resilience through a holistic set of skills.

Beginning February 25, their free seven-class course will be open to participants worldwide. Each session will start at 7:00 PM UK time (1:00 PM EST, Toronto) and take place across Wednesdays and Thursdays over seven weeks.

About the NCI

Origins

In 2022, as the pandemic and societal divisions deepened, a coalition of Canadian leaders founded the National Citizens Inquiry (NCI). Public confidence in our institutions was faltering, and Canadians demanded transparency. Reports of COVID-19 “vaccine” injuries and the real toll of prolonged lockdowns on children, businesses, and communities could no longer be ignored.

With mainstream media largely silent and political and judicial systems failing to protect Canadians’ rights, frontline health workers and whistleblowers faced harassment and censorship. Recognizing the urgent need for an independent forum, the NCI held its first public hearings on Canada’s pandemic response in spring 2023. Doctors, nurses, researchers, and affected individuals shared firsthand accounts that challenged official narratives and laid bare the facts.

Growth and Impact

Following those initial sessions, the NCI expanded its reach. A three-volume report, Inquiry into the Appropriateness and Efficacy of the COVID-19 Response in Canada, has been circulated internationally. Its findings—once dismissed—are now entering mainstream dialogue.

In 2024–25, the NCI shifted focus to children’s safety in Canada. Hearings in Regina (May 2024), Vancouver (October 2024), and Edmonton garnered widespread attention as experts and survivors, including Theo Fleury and Del Bigtree, testified about pressing concerns in education, mental health, and exploitation.

Global Psychological Operations and the Manipulation of Public Perception

The global response to COVID-19 appeared to be a deliberate psychological operation that weaponized fear and coercion. The systematic manipulation of doctors, nurses, teachers, and politicians ensured the continuation of policies that ignored real-world evidence and suppressed dissenting voices. Many professionals, despite witnessing alarming patterns of adverse reactions, were unable or unwilling to challenge the prevailing narrative. The sheer force of psychological conditioning prevented many from accepting they had been deceived, even as evidence of increased blood clots, miscarriages, and other severe health issues mounted.

The Role of Bureaucracy in Suppressing Critical Data

The Alberta Report further evidences that government decisions were not made by elected officials but by entrenched bureaucracies and health authorities with little to no accountability. Data on natural immunity was ignored, and vital health records were withheld from those seeking to analyze the real impact of COVID-19 policies.

For instance, when researchers requested mortality and vaccination data from Alberta's health system, they were met with stonewalling. Officials refused to disclose whether elderly individuals classified as "unvaccinated" had actually received one or more doses before succumbing to the virus. The refusal to release such critical data suggests an intentional effort to obscure reality rather than a simple bureaucratic failure.

"Vaccine" Safety and the Manufactured Illusion of Scientific Consensus

From the outset, alternative treatments such as ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine were aggressively discredited, while "vaccination" was presented as the only viable option. Yet, the data from Pfizer’s own clinical trials should have raised immediate red flags. These studies lacked proper long-term oversight, omitted key demographics (such as pregnant women and elderly individuals), and prematurely eliminated control groups, making any meaningful long-term safety assessment impossible.

Subsequent real-world studies have only confirmed the dangers of these experimental injections. A recent Yale study demonstrated that individuals who received "vaccinations" after prior COVID-19 infection suffered severe immune system damage. • Variable and excessive residual plasmid DNA in “vaccine” vials. Independent analyses revealed that Pfizer and Moderna products contained this DNA, a by-product of manufacturing, which should never have entered commercial vials.

Our letter of concern, co-signed by physicians, scientists, politicians, and other qualified professionals, calls for the immediate suspension of COVID-19 modified mRNA vaccines and an investigation into the presence of excessive levels of residual DNA in multiple vials, which is a serious, unquantified risk to human health. This lay summary explains the background to these concerns.

1. The mRNA vaccines do not stop the transmission of COVID-19

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) stated in an official response (EMA/451828/2023) to eight Members of the European Parliament that “COVID-19 vaccines have not been authorized for preventing transmission from one person to another.” In addition, “EMA´s assessment reports on the authorization of the vaccines note the lack of data on transmissibility.”¹

During the height of the pandemic, citizens were compelled to accept Pfizer and Moderna’s mRNA products to protect others from COVID-19². This was a lie, and despite serious side effects being evident in clinical trial data³, lamentable safety and efficacy profiles, extreme pharmacovigilance safety signals reported worldwide, and thousands of peer-reviewed articles documenting harms associated with mRNA vaccines, these products continue to be recommended and administered.

In addition, proven prevention strategies were ignored, ineffective practices were promoted, and alternative treatment modalities for COVID-19 were suppressed. This led to billions of people worldwide, including children not at risk of COVID-19, being administered mRNA products unnecessarily.

Considering that residual DNA has now been discovered in five independent labs around the world, and at levels greatly exceeding the threshold deemed safe by medical product regulatory agencies, regulators under the direction of governments have an opportunity to recall these products from the market and complete an investigation into their contents. Potential harms to unsuspecting and uninformed recipients of these products must be limited.

The risks highlighted in the sections below support a call for the immediate withdrawal of mRNA-based products. In addition, the use and development of all products based on mRNA technology should be halted until the results of a fully independent and transparent forensic investigation have been made public and these products have been shown to be free from risks, including damage to human DNA (genotoxicity).

2. COVID-19 modified mRNA vaccines resulted in an unprecedented level of reported side effects and deaths.

Real-world data collected by national competent authorities and distributed to the EMA shows the presence of statistically significant safety signals, including a high degree of variability in reported side effects for different batches of COVID-19 modified mRNA vaccines⁴ ⁵ ⁶. These signals were consistent between countries and were particularly evident in the first few months of vaccine rollout, even though the EMA suppressed this information by keeping statutory periodic safety reports (PSURs) confidential until 2023.⁷

Published, peer-reviewed research on adverse event reporting data from Denmark⁴, Sweden⁵, and the USA⁶ has revealed batch-dependent side effects associated with Pfizer's COVID-19 mRNA vaccines. Data from the Czech Republic⁸ has shown the same pattern of variable batch-dependent side effects for both Pfizer and Moderna’s products. Pfizer informed the EMA in August 2021 about the same batch dependency of side effects⁹. This clearly suggests that the products were not manufactured to a consistent standard and that some individuals were exposed to a far greater risk of vaccine-associated side effects than others.

Usually, the sheer number of cases of reported side effects and the entirely atypical cases of deaths occurring in temporal proximity to vaccine administration¹⁰ ¹¹ ¹² ¹³ would have led to the immediate withdrawal of the products from the market. However, this did not occur and points towards a systematic and collusive failure to recognize COVID-19 vaccine harms. Since the regulatory authorities charged with pharmacovigilance are also those responsible for the approval process, they are conflicted. This makes a clear case as to why independent scrutiny of the regulator’s role in this process is essential.

3. COVID-19 modified mRNA vaccines are contaminated with high and variable levels of artificial bacterially derived DNA.

On September 20th, 2024, Australian Member of Parliament (MP) Russell Broadbent wrote to the Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese describing compelling evidence of excessive levels of residual plasmid DNA in vials of Moderna and Pfizer’s mRNA vaccines distributed in Australia.

The letter, co-signed by a group of 26 doctors, scientists, and other qualified professionals from Australia¹⁴ pointed to the risk of residual DNA impurities being contained in lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), creating a serious but unquantified risk for damage to human DNA, genetic instability, hereditary changes, cancer, immune system disorders, etc. Mr. Broadbent called on Prime Minister Anthony Albanese to initiate an immediate and urgent investigation and suspension of Pfizer and Moderna’s COVID-19 modified mRNA vaccines until the broader implications of these findings had been determined.

Mr. Broadbent further highlighted the responsibility of both the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and the Department of Health in having ignored repeated warnings by experts and continuing to distribute these products despite the undetermined risks to the public. This also applies to Europe, the Nordic and Baltic regions, and the UK.

A second letter, co-signed by 52 international doctors, scientists, and other qualified professionals¹⁴, was sent by Mr. Broadbent to Prime Minister Albanese on 25th September 2024, highlighting multiple attempts by prominent scientists to warn the TGA of the risks, which have been disregarded since early 2021. Attention was also drawn to the possible relevance of the Biosecurity Act 2015, with a recommendation that the Minister for Agriculture initiate a Biosecurity Import Risk Analysis, potentially leading to the suspension of these products due to the risks they pose to human health. The same type of risk analysis needs to be carried out in all countries.

Action by a local council

On October 11th, 2024, the local government of Port Hedland, Western Australia, voted to suspend Moderna's and Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccines until they have been tested for excessive levels of foreign DNA. They also decided to distribute information to all general practitioners in the Port Hedland area, urging them to share this information with patients who wish to receive the mRNA vaccines in question. Furthermore, the council voted to inform the other 537 local councils in Australia about the evidence for prohibitive levels of DNA impurities in the modified mRNA products.

Nature of the DNA contamination

The basis for Mr. Broadbent’s letter to the Prime Minister was an independent investigation conducted by Dr. David Speicher, an independent researcher from the University of Guelph, Canada, who measured the amount of DNA in three vials of COVID-19 modified mRNA products retrieved from cold storage facilities of registered Australian health practitioners (see Appendix A).

Dr. Speicher found that all vials contained measurable levels of residual plasmid DNA and exceeded the regulatory limit of 10 ng/dose set by the TGA and WHO¹⁵ by 7.8-145 times.

The DNA identified in the vials is artificial and foreign genetic material, copied and expanded in E. coli bacteria and used as a template to produce the mRNA coding for the Spike protein. However, this DNA should have been degraded and effectively removed from the mRNA component prior to the encapsulation of purified mRNA into lipid nanoparticles (LNPs). Critically, the artificial plasmid DNA contains sequences that allow it to replicate in both bacteria, and in the case of Pfizer’s vaccine, in human cells, thereby posing a significant but entirely unnecessary health risk¹⁶ ¹⁷ (see also Appendix A).

Alarming presence of undeclared, high-risk sequences in the residual plasmid DNA

Crucially, Dr. Speicher also confirmed the presence of a specific DNA sequence derived from Simian Virus 40 (SV40) in the Pfizer vaccine. This piece of DNA (known as the SV40 promoter-enhancer) was not declared to the regulatory authorities as being part of the vaccine manufacturing process¹⁸ ¹⁹. Had Pfizer declared this component in their manufacturing process, it is likely that this would have led to greater scrutiny, since the SV40 virus is associated with cancer²⁰ ²¹ ²² and the SV40 promoter-enhancer itself has potent biological activity. Hence, the presence of this sequence in the Pfizer product presents a much more serious risk than the presence of only excessive DNA.

This SV40 promoter-enhancer is typically used in applications such as genetic engineering or gene therapy to control how much of an mRNA and the protein that is made from the mRNA is ‘turned on’. However, once this DNA crosses the cell membrane, as would happen within an LNP, this SV40 enhancer sequence can target the associated DNA to the cell nucleus, where it may cause changes to human DNA²³ ²⁴.

The SV40 enhancer can facilitate the integration of associated sequences into human DNA within cells of the human body, and the SV40 sequence would augment the likelihood of such an integration event²⁰ ²¹ ²⁵.

Dr. Speicher's findings confirm multiple studies that also identified the SV40 promoter-enhancer sequence in DNA within Pfizer’s products¹⁶ ¹⁷ ²⁶ ²⁷. The risks raised by these undeclared components of the COVID-19 modified mRNA products have not been investigated and have not been declared to recipients. This is inexcusable.

Risk of integration into the human genome

LNPs are known to be taken up by all organs of the body, including the brain, heart, liver, ovaries, and testes, and therefore can transfer their contents to the cells of these organs²⁸ ²⁹. Hence, the injected material does not necessarily remain at the site of intramuscular injection as was widely claimed.

Kämmerer et al. recently confirmed that residual plasmid DNA in Pfizer’s vaccine could be taken up by a human cell line in culture³⁰. Kevin McKernan and Professor Ulrike Kämmerer have also provided preliminary evidence that the addition of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine to a human ovarian cell line (OvCar3) can result in the integration of the residual plasmid DNA into human DNA³¹. Furthermore, Dr. Phillip Buckhaults, Dr. Wafik El-Diery, Dr. Jessica Rose, and Kevin McKernan have all expressed their concern that residual plasmid DNA could trigger serious side effects, autoimmune diseases, and cancer³².

It is not a question of if residual plasmid DNA present in LNPs integrates into the DNA of human cells but how often it occurs and how severe the effects are. It must be noted that DNA integration is not necessary to induce cancer-associated pathways³³. The genetic risks to people who have received these products, as well as their offspring, are uncharted. Scientific investigation is urgently required to determine the risks of gene-based mRNA therapeutics to humans. It is for these reasons that these gene-based vaccines should have undergone a full regulatory pathway for new medicines as originally proposed, rather than following the shorter approval process used for standard vaccines³⁴.

Regulatory authorities on the possibility of integration

The Danish Medicines Agency, on behalf of the Minister of Health, has admitted that the DNA plasmid used in Pfizer's vaccine contains a very small “sample” of an SV40 virus. They claim that these sequences are unlikely to pose a risk in cancer development, nor be able to induce damage to human DNA. According to the Danish Medicines Agency, there is no risk of inheritance to the next generation¹⁹.

This response from the Danish Medicines Agency is almost identical to responses from other drug regulatory agencies around the world, including the response from the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to Florida State Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo, who in January of this year demanded a halt to the use of modified mRNA vaccines until safety is proven, after the FDA failed to provide a satisfactory explanation for the DNA contamination³⁵.

This lack of concern is deeply worrying, and the fact that authorities have not prosecuted the manufacturers due to their failure to disclose all sequences used in the production of their products casts a further, very dark shadow over the lack of impartiality of the regulatory authorities. Safe and effective vaccines cannot be produced if regulators fail to act in the public interest.

We believe that the level and variability of residual plasmid DNA impurities in mRNA vaccines, as well as the inclusion of the SV40 promoter-enhancer sequence in the process Pfizer used to manufacture its vaccines, could pose serious and undetermined risks to the human population, including cancer, and in particular to pregnant women and their unborn children, who continue to be urged to receive these products.

Unquantified risks associated with modified mRNA vaccines

Modified mRNA coding for a biologically active spike protein, variable levels of residual plasmid DNA, and the presence of the SV40 promoter-enhancer sequence, pose serious risks to human health including cardiovascular disease, cancer, immunological, autoimmune, skin, and neurological disorders, particularly in the context of a highly efficient cell delivery system such as LNPs.

As detailed in the supplied scientific summary provided by Russell Broadbent's MP team (Appendix B) and the peer-reviewed literature provided therein, excessive residual plasmid DNA in the Pfizer and Moderna products, exacerbated by repeated doses, may result in:

a) Genomic insertion of the synthetic DNA into natural human chromosomal DNA;
b) Genomic integration inducing malignant/cancerous diseases;
c) Inactivation of the p53 leading to the proliferation of tumours;
d) Presence of synthetic DNA in cytoplasm inducing malignant/cancerous diseases;
e) Transfection into Oocytes and sperm-producing cells leading to:
i. Altered transgenic offspring;
ii. Interference with early intrauterine development;
iii. Induction of miscarriages and malformations.

If contamination includes intact and integratable whole genes, then further hazards arise, namely:

f) Spike protein production for an indefinite period, possibly years. Undesired production of spike protein for weeks or months may arise owing to the use of degradation-resistant modified mRNA;
g) Promotion of antibiotic resistance within the human host and throughout communities;
h) Replication of the synthetic (whole plasmid) DNA within the human host.

Summary of the concerns associated with modified mRNA vaccines.

• COVID-19 modified mRNA vaccines pose inherent health risks that were not adequately studied before their conditional approval and subsequent roll-out, but which have become abundantly clear afterwards.

• LNPs do not necessarily remain at the injection site but may reach the bloodstream and thereby multiple organs.

• Any cell in the body that takes up an LNP may express both the native Spike protein, a foreign antigen, as well as a range of aberrantly mistranslated and misfolded proteins³⁶, and thus be marked for attack and destruction by the immune system. If this happens to cells that line the blood vessels, it will cause vessel damage and blood clotting, leading to increased risk of stroke, heart attack, and other acute vascular diseases. Some of the aberrant proteins may lead to cross-reacting immunity against normal human proteins and thereby autoimmune disease. All these conditions have been well documented in the medical literature and in pharmacovigilance reporting systems worldwide. Likewise, LNPs are inherently toxic and may affect the blood (hemagglutination induction)³⁷ and organs such as the brain, heart, lungs, kidneys, etc. Cell destruction by the immune system can lead to conditions such as encephalitis, myocarditis, autoimmunity, etc., which again have been amply documented.

• While the above risks are inherent in the COVID-19 modified mRNA vaccine technology, the additional and potentially grave risk to human health due to excessive levels of residual plasmid DNA must be investigated.

• The credibility of the regulatory bodies and the governments that coerced their citizens into taking these products – primarily to protect the vulnerable, which was deliberate misinformation – is under serious public scrutiny.

• Development of safe and effective medical products depends upon transparent and trustworthy regulatory oversight of the manufacturing process. This has been disregarded during the COVID-19 response and is a catastrophe of governance that will take years if not decades to repair.

Positive change begins with an acknowledgement of error, and this process must begin immediately before more lives are lost carelessly and unnecessarily.

NORTH GROUP Press Release: Canada and Australia Join Global Action to Suspend COVID-19 mRNA Vaccines

BREAKING NEWS

20th January 2025 — AUSTRIA AND CANADA JOIN NORTH CALLING FOR AN IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION OF COVID-19 mRNA VACCINES.

The Austrian Lawyers Association for Fundamental Rights (Anwalte für Grundrechte) with over 50 members sent the NORTH letter to the Austrian Federal Chancellor on 15th January. This was followed by World Council for Health Canada and Vaccine Choice Canada sending the letter to the Canadian Prime Minister and Members of Canadian Parliament on 19th January.

NORTH was initiated on 25th November 2024, when an international group of politicians and leading medical and other professionals wrote to the heads of state of 10 European countries (Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden, and the United Kingdom) citing serious health concerns regarding COVID-19 modified mRNA vaccines.

Throughout December 2024, NORTH was joined by Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Netherlands, Malta, Portugal, and Spain. Slovenia became the 20th country supporting the initiative on January 7th.

NORTH groups sent a follow-up letter on 13th January to governments that had not yet replied to the original call in November.

With over 700 international signatories, citizens from other countries are preparing to join NORTH in the coming weeks.

The letter from NORTH states:

• Scientific evidence shows that it was a lottery as to which batch of vaccine a person received and the side effects they experienced, including death.

• COVID-19 vaccines were never tested for their ability to block transmission.

• Modified mRNA vaccines contain variable but alarmingly high levels of residual DNA, which raises extreme concerns about the risks to human health including the potential for genetic damage.

The call has unprecedented international support and demands:

• An immediate halt to the use of modified mRNA vaccines.

• An independent and transparent investigation into their approval and use.

• Scientific evidence that shows that there is no risk of damage to human DNA.

Kayla Pollock is an inspiring young woman from Ontario, Canada, who has triumphed over significant challenges. Despite a difficult early childhood and living with type 1 diabetes, she built a fulfilling life as an athlete, mother, and professional with a successful career and a joyful home. Kayla’s Heartbreaking Journey

In 2021, Kayla received two doses of Pfizer’s COVID-19 “vaccine.” On January 11, 2022, she received a Moderna booster. Shortly after, she woke up paralyzed and helpless. Rushed to the emergency room, she was dismissed by the attending physician, who attributed her condition to psychological causes. She was left untreated for hours, without investigations or interventions that might have reduced the severity of her quadriplegia.

Later that day, an MRI revealed extensive damage to her upper spinal cord. A neurologist identified the likely cause as the COVID-19 “vaccine” and noted encountering similar cases with alarming frequency.

Since then, Kayla’s life has been completely overturned. She is now severely disabled, having lost her home, career, athletic pursuits, and even custody of her son. The Ontario government mishandled her initial application for “vaccine” injury compensation and continues to stall her second attempt. Instead of providing meaningful support, they have twice suggested Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD)—a disturbing reflection of their failure to care for her.

Dr. Trozzi practiced Emergency Medicine in Canada for 27 years. He taught critical resuscitation and advanced trauma care for over a decade and held teaching positions at three Canadian medical schools. He was selected by the American College of Surgeons as an Advanced Trauma Life Support instructor.

Dr. Trozzi was on call in multiple emergency units throughout 2020, including one ER designated specifically for COVID-19. He observed severe discrepancies between COVID-19 public health mandates and medical science, ethical norms, and human rights. This included the obstruction of safe and effective treatments for COVID-19 and the promotion of non-voluntary experimental genetic injections, presented to the public as “safe and effective vaccines,” though they were predictably dangerous.

For those familiar with the limitations of pharmaceutical treatments, lifestyle changes are often preferred, as they can address the root cause of hypertension without negative side effects. Several herbal agents may also benefit hypertensive patients, but before exploring these, it is worth highlighting an intervention that has achieved the most significant therapeutic drop in blood pressure reported in the literature.

A 2001 study conducted at TrueNorth Health Center in Sonoma County, California, demonstrated the remarkable effects of water-only fasting on hypertension. In this study, 90% of hypertensive patients normalized their blood pressure by the end of the program, with an average reduction of 37/13 mmHg (Goldhamer et al., 2001). Among patients with stage 3 hypertension, the reduction was even more pronounced, averaging 60/17 mmHg—considered the largest therapeutic decrease in hypertension ever published (Goldhamer et al., 2001).

Water-only fasting may, therefore, be a valuable intervention for those experiencing hypertension. However, anyone considering a fast should consult with a medical practitioner beforehand. While fasting is generally safe, it is not recommended for certain groups, including pregnant women, children and adolescents, or individuals with specific medical conditions. For those interested in learning more, Steve Hendricks' recent book The Oldest Cure in the World provides an excellent introduction to the science of fasting and its broad health benefits (Hendricks, 2022).

Other effective interventions for hypertension include several herbal medicines, which have demonstrated clinically meaningful benefits in trials (Halma and Saleeby, 2024). Substances associated with significant reductions in blood pressure (≥10 mmHg) include:

• Coenzyme Q10 (Rosenfeldt et al., 2007)

• Motherwort (Shikov et al., 2011)

• Celery Stem Extract (Zafar, Rasheed, and Ismail, 2023)

• Ginkgo Biloba Preparations (Yi et al., 2024)

• Aged Garlic Extract (Ried, Travica, and Sali, 2016)

• Hawthorn (Cloud, Vilcins, and McEwen, 2020)

The blood pressure reductions achieved with these herbal agents—often 10 mmHg or greater—are comparable in magnitude to those achieved with many standard antihypertensive drugs, which typically reduce blood pressure by 10 to 15 mmHg (Baguet et al., 2005).

The Frontline Covid-19 Critical Care Alliance and the Open Source Medicine Foundation, headed by Matthew Halma, the author of this piece, are expecting to publish an overview of the herbal and nutraceutical approaches to hypertension in the coming year. Matthew Halma is a researcher with an interdisciplinary and novel approach. He has been involved in groundbreaking research from fundamental molecular biophysics, to systems research, and the development of clinical protocols to eradicate chronic disease. Kayla Pollock is an inspiring young woman from Ontario, Canada, who has triumphed over significant challenges. Despite a difficult early childhood and living with type 1 diabetes, she built a fulfilling life as an athlete, mother, and professional with a successful career and a joyful home. However, her life took a devastating turn due to the coercive policies surrounding the COVID-19 “vaccines.”

In 2021, under the direction of Dr. Nancy Whitmore, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) imposed unprecedented measures on Canadian physicians. These included silencing dissent, enforcing compliance, and mandating the administration of experimental COVID-19 genetic injections. On April 30, 2021, the CPSO issued a statement forbidding doctors from questioning the safety of these injections, marking a pivotal moment in Kayla’s story.

While our careers were attacked, the public, including Kayla, endured relentless fear campaigns and coercion into accepting injections falsely promoted as "safe and effective vaccines."

Kayla’s Heartbreaking Journey

In 2021, Kayla received two doses of Pfizer’s COVID-19 “vaccine.” On January 11, 2022, she received a Moderna booster. Shortly after, she woke up paralyzed and helpless. Rushed to the emergency room, she was dismissed by the attending physician, who attributed her condition to psychological causes. She was left untreated for hours, without investigations or interventions that might have reduced the severity of her quadriplegia.

Later that day, an MRI revealed extensive damage to her upper spinal cord. A neurologist identified the likely cause as the COVID-19 “vaccine” and noted encountering similar cases with alarming frequency.

Since then, Kayla’s life has been completely overturned. She is now severely disabled, having lost her home, career, athletic pursuits, and even custody of her son. The Ontario government mishandled her initial application for “vaccine” injury compensation and continues to stall her second attempt. Instead of providing meaningful support, they have twice suggested Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD)—a disturbing reflection of their failure to care for her.

Advocacy and Support

Despite immense challenges, Kayla remains a fearless advocate, taking on Big Pharma in a true David-versus-Goliath battle by suing Moderna. Dr. Trozzi practiced Emergency Medicine in Canada for 27 years. He taught critical resuscitation and advanced trauma care for over a decade and held teaching positions at three Canadian medical schools. Change is something we all want and desire. Unfortunately, the way the human nervous system is designed makes it resistant to change. Our nervous system, and the entire design of our bodies, revolves around safety. There’s a strong sense of safety in our regular habits, routines, and customs because they are predictable. Predictability equals safety to the human nervous system, which is why change is often resisted by the subconscious systems that govern our daily behavior.

If today is like yesterday, that routine registers as safe. Once deemed safe, the nervous system embraces it. However, if today is different from yesterday, the new routine registers as unsafe. Once marked as "not safe," the nervous system resists it. This is why many people who join gyms only stick with it for a few weeks before reverting to long-held habits. Rapid change can trigger significant electrical impulses of fear and resistance, signaling the body to "get back to what’s predictable, normal, familiar, and safe."

Embrace Change Naturally

Our current educational system doesn’t teach us this basic psychological concept, leaving many people confused when change feels difficult. If people don’t understand that resisting change is perfectly normal, they may blame themselves and falsely believe they are flawed. This misunderstanding is perhaps the most unfortunate consequence of not knowing our intrinsic psychological design. If you find change difficult, it simply means your nervous system is functioning as designed. There’s nothing wrong with you—you’re perfectly okay.

Here are some steps to help navigate positive changes in your life:

1. Understand Why Change Feels Hard
   Recognize that resistance to change is normal. There’s nothing wrong with you—everyone finds it challenging to change their habits, routines, and rituals.

2. Seek Role Models
   Surround yourself with people who’ve already achieved what you’re striving for. Whether in person or virtually, look for examples of those who have successfully walked the path you’re embarking on. Watch videos or read testimonies from people who’ve climbed “success mountain” and returned with valuable insights. Seeing their progress helps "trick" your nervous system into accepting new changes with less resistance.

3. Give Yourself Grace and Patience
   Don’t judge yourself based on short-term outcomes. Instead, set benchmarks at three months, six months, and a year. Reflect on your progress over time and celebrate how far you’ve come. Remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither is your best life.

4. Focus on Progress, Not Perfection
   It’s not about getting everything right; it’s about steady progress over the long term. Do what you can, use what you have, and start where you are.

Make 2025 your best year yet! With consistent effort, patience, and the right mindset, you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve.
